As well as my Move Wild outdoor training facility in chew magna I also own a Personal Training studio in Bristol called Functional Fitness Bristol.
So whether you want to train in a completely functional purpose built personal training gym or outdoors at Move Wild is up to you.

Through personal training I help people build; strength, full body awareness & control, balance, better posture, speed & fitness.
In PT sessions we focus on quality of movement & technique & full range of motion.
Learning how to lift, carry & move efficiently is so important for both performance & longevity goals.

Movement is just one part of health.
I also help clients build health & longevity through nutrition & lifestyle habits.
Learning more about whole foods & creating good eating habits is so important for longevity & disease prevention.

Through training your body functionally & through full range of motion, eating a mainly whole foods based diet you will move better, look better & feel better.
