I‘ve been a Reps qualified personal trainer for 15 years & owned a Personal Training studio in Bristol for 13 years. I have now built Move Wild as I love the outdoors, functional training, obstacles training & natural movement.
I have helped a huge range of people with mixed abilities to improve their overall health, movement & performance goals.
Movement, nutrition & health is a huge part of my life & I love the benefits it brings. I love seeing my clients change & build a passion for health & fitness too.
My training passions are functional training, calisthenics, natural movement, obstacle training (OCR), climbing, gymnastics, running & anything adventure. As an athlete I compete in obstacle course racing, functional fitness competitions & take on outdoor adventure challenges.
I love working with clients & members to help them gain a much better lifestyle. Improving their strength, skills, movement, posture, fitness & overall health.
Regular weekly PT sessions £50.00 per session (monthly standing order)
PT packs £55.00 per session
Adhock sessions £60.00 per session
Health, lifestyle, movement, posture & fitness analysis/assessment £180.00 (x3 seperate PT sessions)
Bespoke online coaching, weekly programming, lifestyle & nutrition support, personal app login. £100.00 per month
As well as my Move Wild outdoor training facility in chew magna I also own a Personal Training studio in Bristol called Functional Fitness Bristol.
So whether you want to train in a completely functional purpose built personal training gym or outdoors at Move Wild is up to you.
Through personal training I help people build; strength, full body awareness & control, balance, better posture, speed & fitness.
In PT sessions we focus on quality of movement & technique & full range of motion.
Learning how to lift, carry & move efficiently is so important for both performance & longevity goals.
Movement is just one part of health.
I also help clients build health & longevity through nutrition & lifestyle habits.
Learning more about whole foods & creating good eating habits is so important for longevity & disease prevention.
The health & lifestyle areas you will improve on are;
Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Mind, Breath, Nature.
Through training your body functionally & through full range of motion, eating a mainly whole foods based diet you will move better, look better & feel better.
