About me

Joel Woodley

I‘ve been a Reps qualified personal trainer for 15 years & owned a Personal Training studio in Bristol for 13 years.


I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients helping them achieve all their goals & I’ve worked with several businesses delivering amazing team building & corporate wellbeing sessions. 


I have now built Move Wild as I love the outdoors & love training people to move better & challenge theirselves & have loads of fun whilst doing so. 

Passions & interests

Movement, nutrition & health is a huge part of my life & I love the benefits it brings. 

I am dedicated to living a healthy long life enjoying as much movement, adventures & physical challenges along the way.


I love seeing my clients change & build a passion for health & fitness too.

My training passions are functional training, calisthenics, natural movement, obstacle training (OCR), climbing, gymnastics, running & anything adventure. As an athlete I compete in obstacle course racing, functional fitness competitions & take on outdoor adventure challenges. 

Family

I believe that your health is one of the most important things in life.

I aim to be the best example I can be to my family; eating well, exercising, spending lots of time in nature- keeping a healthy body & mind.

I love being able to carry my children anywhere, run, jump, climb & play.
