Movement

As humans we are designed to move with ease. Our bodies should be strong, flexible & powerful.

We should naturally be able to jump, swing, carry, run, climb & lift.

At Move Wild we work on all the above skills helping you build full body awareness,  strength, balance & speed whilst having fun with movement.

Exploring movement will support our posture too improving 6 key areas;  feet/ ankles, glutes, pelvis, core, shoulders/ scapular, head/neck.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a huge part of our overall health & longevity.

Eating a well balanced nutrient rich diet focusing on quality natural / whole foods supports our overall wellbeing & performance & will bring numerous other benefits.

Nutrient Rich foods, Energy & vitality, disease prevention, weight management, digestive health, mental health, organic choices, hydration, meal planning.

incorporating these principles into your lifestyle helps you achieve & maintain good health & well being.


Mind & positivity

Practicing positive thinking & incorporating simple changes into your lifestyle can hugely benefit your mental health & wellbeing.

Sleep

Sleep is vital to our health & longevity.

Sometimes we forget the importance of it  because life can get busy with work, family & social events.

We need quality sleep to recover, build & thrive both mentally & physically.

we can suvive without sleep but our bodies & mind will eventually  suffer.

Nature

Exploring nature can bring us numerous benefits.

We are designed to be in & part of nature so immersing ourselves in the great outdoors can bring both physical & mental wellbeing.

Get outside daily for a walk, run, play, relax or training.

Breath

It might seem crazy to some but how you breath is very important to our health. Nasal breathing can bring several benefits to your health & performance.
