Calisthenics is a combination of body weight training & gymnastic skill exercises that are great for your mobility & overall strength.
Natural movement training is moving our bodies in ways we are designed to move; jumping, crawling, swinging & balancing.
Both these styles of training will build incredible body strength & awareness, improving your posture & movement capabilities.
Tuesdays 06:30-07:00 Online zoom
This class is all about improving your mobility, a key component for moving well. We will improve on your movement capabilities & strength within your range.Ankle mobility, over head squat mobility, baby squat, pistol squat, gymnastic bridge & other end ove range exercises & flows. If we have sufficient range of motion and control over that range, pretty much everything else becomes easier.
Thursdays 18:00-19:00 Functional Fitness Bristol Studio
This class will combine functional training exercises that will build strength & technique through full range of motion. Calisthenics training that will improve your bodyweight strength, skills & body awareness. Obstacle course racing strength that will build your strength in natural movements & skills, like rope climbs & carries.
Thursdays 06:30-07:00 Online zoom
This class is designed to improve our flexibility & full range of motion. Giving you direct improvements to your athletic performance & everyday activities. We will work on ankles, legs, hips, back & posture. Its our most relaxing slow paced class allowing you to recover from a good week of training & improving on your bodies flexibility & range at the same time.
Saturdays 08:30-09:30 Move Wild Training Facility
A combination of Functional Fitness bootcamp style training combined with obstacle course racing fitness engine building. Rope climbs, tyre flips, pulley pulls, monkey bars, gymnastic ring work, running, & weighted carriers are amongst some of the exercises designed to build your functional strength & stamina for sport performance & everyday life activities.
Our classes are catered to all fitness levels, you’ll leave knowing you’ve had a great workout & you’ll have a lot of fun during the session.
